Abstract

The public policy can not be effectively implemented because of the replicative execution,selective execution,perfunctory execution,execution variability,stagnation of the implementation issues.Based on these problems,the government should enhance its policy quality,expand and optimize the public policy executive subjects as well as democratic participation and decision making,create execution pattern,strengthen supervision and other measures of accountability.
