Abstract
Objective To investigale the value of high-frequency ultrasound in congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis. Methods The high-frequency ultrasound result for 20 cases was studied with congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis, and comparison was made with X-ray.Results High-frequency ultrasound could be shown pyloric modality. In 20 cases, the diagnostic accuracy rate of ultrasound was 100%,and the diagnostic accuracy rate of X-ray was 55%.Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound has been shown to be the most sensitive for the diagnosis of pyloric slenosis. It is an easy, reliable an safe examination method and the optimal method in diagnosis of congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
