Abstract
Acrylicoxomonooxalyl chloride is an important intermediate of medicine faropenem, which is synthesized by allyl alcohol and oxalyl chloride as raw materials. The effect of reaction temperature, reaction time, and molar ratio of reactant on acrylicoxomonooxalyl chloride was studied. The optimum process are as follows:molar ratio of reactant 1 ∶1.05,reaction temperature 40 ℃ and reaction time 60 min,the yield of 84.0% and purity of 99.6%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
