Abstract
In order to determine the content of Cordycepin in sorophore of cultured Cordyceps militaris L.Link and medium.HPLC method was used for determination of Cordycepin on C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer solution (pH6.5)methanol (85∶15) and detection wavelength was 260 nm.The content of Cordycepin in sorophore of cultured Cordyceps militaris L.Link is between 1.11%~1.44%, the average is 1.29%,RSD is 9.6%.Trace quantity Cordycepin was detected in natural Cordyceps sinensis. The contents are different in different samples of Cordyceps militaris. They are all higher than Cordyceps sinensis.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
