Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for the content determination of cordycepin in fermented Cordyceps militaris.METHODS:RP-HPLC method was adopted.DIAMONSIL-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was used with acetonitrile-water-ethanol(5 ∶ 90 ∶ 5) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 259 nm and column temperature was 40 ℃.RESULTS:The linear range of cordycepin was 2.56~51.20 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 8) with an average recovery of 98.35%(RSD=2.71%,n=6) .CONCLUSION:The method is sensitive, rapid and accurate for the determination of cordycepin in fermented C.militaris.
