Abstract

Objective To explore clinical effect of different doses of rosuvastatin calcium in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia. Methods 150 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia in our hospital from March 2010 to June 2013 were divided into 5 mg group,10 mg group and 20 mg group by the random number table method,50 cases in each group, three groups of patients was given with 5 mg,10 mg and 20 mg of rosuvastatin calcium respectively.Clinical effect, incidence rate of adverse reaction and lipid levels before and after treatment in three groups was compared respectively. Results Total effective rate was 74.0% in 5 mg group, total effective rate was 80.0% in 10 mg group, total effective rate was 92.0% in 20 mg group, with statistical difference(P0.05).TG,TC and LDL-C of three groups was compared respectively, with statistical difference(P0.05). HDL-C and incidence rate of adverse reaction in three groups was compared respectively, with no statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion The effect of 20 mg rosuvastatin calcium in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia is remarkable and has low incidence rate of adverse reaction.
