Historical Investigation of the Development of the Study of Confucian Classics in Wuxi

Abstract

Ever since Xi Han, the study of Confucian classics has been the legitimacy in China,s feudal culture. The extent to which the study of Confucian classics developed became inportant to measure an area,s cultural foundation. From the investigation, Wu xi was once a highly developed place in the study of Confucian classics and there were many works and persons with ability in it.
