Study on the Woody Plant Flora of Lishui in Zhejiang Province

Lishui City lies in the southwest of Zhejiang Province,China.It is one of the areas which have the richest woody plant.There are 95 families,338 genera and 1128 species of woody plants in all.Based on the exact statistical analysis of families,genera and species,the basic features of woody plants in this flora can be briefly summarized as follows:(1) Species of the woody plants are abundant;(2) The woody plants flora dated from the ancient times with many monotypic genera and oligotypic genera;(3)The geographical elements are complex,the floristic elements have different degrees of relations with the flora of all parts of the world and the temperate elements of the woody flora take the composition of temperate zone as the core;(4) The woody plants flora shows great obvious transitionality.
