Abstract

The cultivation of medical graduates' innovative ability is the key to graduate education at medical universities.The objective of innovation-oriented education is to cultivate and produce versatile talents with innovative personality,consciousness and ability.This paper discusses how to strengthen cultivation of clinical medical graduates' innovative ability in the following aspects: connotation of innovation,importance of cultivating medical graduates' innovative ability as well as the present situation and pathway of innovative ability cultivation.
