Industrial Economic Development Evaluation Indicators System Design and Empirical Research of Gansu Province

Abstract
According to Gansu province industrial economic development status and requirements and target,starting with industrial economic development level,and development continued capacity,and development competition capacity,and economic benefits,and social benefits,and energy and environmental protection,and,through 20 items indicators,we build an full- information indicators system which can reflect industrial economic development features of Gansu province. Based on the indicators system,we compiled Gansu province industrial economic development index and each city of Gansu province industrial economic development indices. Analysis and evaluation results of Gansu province industrial economic development of process and situation from the time dimension and space dimension indicates that,Gansu province industrial economic development overall situation is good,and all the direction factors have Great changes; The level of Gansu province industrial economic development is not high,and it has great changes among different cities.
