Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined with proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1 H-MRS) and DWI on the quantitative analysis of normal liver and the patients of hepatic cirrhosis by 3.0 T MR and to investigate the mechanism of hepatic cirrhosis in level of molecular and metabolic.Methods 38 normal volunteers and 30 patients with hepatic cirrhosis(The patients were selected by improved liver function of Child Pugh scoring grading score of 5 or more,based on clinical laboratory tests and imaging data) were selected.All volunteers and the patients of hepatic cirrhosis received 1 H-MRS and DWI by 3.0 T MR,the values of water peak,area under water peak,the values of lipid peak,area under lipid peak,the fat fraction and ADC values(b=500 s/mm2) were measured,and then statistical analysis was taken.Results The values of water peak,area under water peak of hepatic cirrhosis group were lower than normal liver group(P=1.65×10-8,3.78×10-5,P0.05),however,the values of lipid peak,area under lipid peak and fat fraction were no significant difference(P=0.09,0.62,0.12,P0.05) between the normal volunteers group and cirrhosis group.When b=500 s/mm2,there were significant difference in ADC values between normal volunteers group and cirrhosis group.Conclusion As a noninvasive methods,1 H-MRS and DWI can reflect the mechanism of hepatic cirrhosis in level of molecular,and have important value in the diagnosis of hepatic cirrhosis.
