Abstract
A novel method for simple and rapid determination of Pb(Ⅱ)replacement coupling reaction was fanded by flow injection chemiluminescence method base on Pb(Ⅱ)can replace Co(Ⅱ) in the Co-EDTA complex, and Co(Ⅱ) can couple with the luminol-H2O2 chemiluminescence system.Under the optimal experimental conditions, the linear range of the method was from 1.0×10-7 to 1.0×10-5g/mL,and detection limit(3σ)was 5×10-8g/mL,while RSD was 1.2% for determination of Pb(Ⅱ) concentration of 1.0×10-6g/mL with parallel determination for 11 times. The method has simple operation and high sensitivity, and that can be applied to accurate determination of the content of lead ions in water.
