Enterprises’Internationalization and Technological Innovation:A Learning Perspective

With 348 enterprises in manufacturing industry in Foshan city at Guangdong as samples,this paper makes a research in the relationship between degree of internationalization and technological innovation of enterprises.The conclusions include: On the whole,internationalization of enterprises has a positive effect on technological innovation.Developing and implementing internationalization strategy is an important way to improve independent innovation capability.In particular,the higher the overseas sales ratio,the more inventive patent or utility model patent enterprises may gain.The cooperation with Fortune 500 Companies also helps enterprises get more inventive patent,although this result may be influenced by the effect from size of enterprises to technological innovation.
