Abstract
The technological innovation of enterprises is the guarantee of the survival and development of the enterprises. The technological innovation of enterprises has close relationship with the protection of patent, and the business strategy, technology strategy are closely associated with the strategy of patent in the patent system, which backs the technology strategy. Therefore, it is important for the enterprises to know how to make use of patent strategy to promote technological innovation.
