A Study of Investment and Financing System in Xi'an and its Solution

The conflict between the supply and demand of capital is one of the crucial problems that impede that growth of Xi'an economy,and the solution to the problem lies in the furtherance of the reform of the system of investment and financing so that the favorable circulation of the investment and financing will come into existence.The writer put forth the proposal that the structure of investment and financing should be diversified,the capital market should be developed,the indirect investment and financing mechanism should be bettered,the introduction of foreign investment strengthened,and investment environment should be created to accelerate the booming of Xi'an economy.
