The Study of Investment and Financing Modes in Chongqing

In Chongqing,the government carried out investment and financing system reform,breaking the traditional mode and setting up a new function separation mode in terms of investment,construction,management and use;introducing competition mechanism into every part;and improving the efficiency of urban infrastructure from investment construction to operation management.Chongqing Mode now has become a nationwide model.In the long run,in order to deepen the reform and achieve a rapid development,the authorities should perfect capital market,attract private capital actively,improve rationalized financing structure,focus on the optimization of investment structure,increase the investment efficiency,and strengthen capital operation and management of eight investment and financing platforms.
