Abstract

Objective To investigate the endometrial quality of infertile women through a variety of pathological retrospective analysis,to explore the relationship between endometrial development situation and infertility so as to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Totally 344 cases of female infertility endometrial biopsy results were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 344 female infertility patients,240 patients suffered from primary infertility and 104 suffered from secondary infertility.Totally 149 patients showed a proliferative response of endometrium(43.31%).Among the patients with proliferative response, there were 73 patients with insufficient hyperplasia(21.22%),19 patients with simple endometrial hyperplasia(5.52%),and 3 patients with complex endometrial hyperplasia(0.87%).Totally 133 patients showed endometrial secretory response(38.66%),of which 74 patients showed endometrial secretory response to poor performance(21.51%),59 patients showed late secretory phase endometrium(17.15%),49 patients showed endometrial polyps(14.24%), 8 patients suffered from endometritis(2.33%),and 5 patients suffered from endometrial tuberculosis(1.45%). Conclusions Among the 344 female infertility patients, most of them suffered from proliferative endometrium or endometrial secretory response to poor performance. The results indicate that ovarian dysfunction and ovarian corpus luteum without ovulation are the main pathogeny of infertility.
