Abstract

Started from the philosophical principle,the author points out that rationality and irrationality are two parts of the contradiction in architecture,which are coexistent and vary in relative effect,illustrates their definitions,and analyzes the irrational component in the villa with round hall,in order to help people better know rationality and irrationality of buildings.
