Abstract

Taking Xiantai multimedia center designed by Toyo Ito as an example, the author introduces the process of simulation showed by irrational design method of Ito,analyzes how dose the irrationality work, points out that the relationship between irrationality and rationality isn't opposite and the functions of irrationality in building can be embodied in whole design process.
