Abstract

8 strains of bacteria were isolated from the activated sludge acclimated by M salt(2-mercaptobenzo-thiazole)-containing organic wastewater from rubber industry. The bacteria were mixed cultivated after the purifica-tion,through analyzing their living conditions,it was found that: compound bacteria adapt to alkalescent conditon at 30-35 ℃,and tolerate 50 g/L NaCl.Adding glucose and carbamide greatly influenced the growth of the compound bacteria, and increased the degradation rate of the wastewater from rubber industry by 18.6% and 7.56% respec-tively;inorganic ions can effectively improve the performance of the compound bacteria on wastewater degradation, the results of the comprehensive orthogonal experiment showed that, the highest degradation rate of wastewater by the compound bacteria was 68.24% which could be obtained when the mass concentration of glucose, carbamide, the bacteria content, were 2 g/L,1 g/L,20% respectively, and the revolution speed was 80 r/min;the optimal condition indicated above would raise the biodegradation value of the wastewater by bacteria-throwing method.
