Treatment of ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy for ureteric calculi

Objective To study application of ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy for ureteric calculi of clinical efficacy.Methods 84 cases of ureteric calculi treated with pneumatic lithotripsy f were retrospectively analyzed.Results 84 cases of Ureteric calculi,81 cases of treatment success,the success rate of 96.42%.Operative time 16~104min,the average 45min,Hand blood loss 5~80ml,an average of 22ml,78cases were followed up for 2 to 6 months,an average of 4.3 months,No residual stones,no ureteral stenosis and urethral stricture.Conclusion Ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy for Ureteric calculi Invasive,safe,reliable,high row of stone,is an effective method of treatment of Ureteric calculi.
