Abstract
On account of contradiction between the demand for both quantity and quality of the urban transportation and the current supply capability,firstly,the main reason for the urban traffic problem is analyzed from two aspects of the current situation and the government,then the policy of solving the urban traffic problem is discussed to promote the aspects of improving transportation infrastructure,changing traffic structure and raising the management level.It improves working efficiency of urban transportation utilizing the technological and managerial means.
