Abstract
With the development of urban economy, the urban transportation problem becomes increasingly aggravated, and the efficiency of transportation drops substantially. An efficient approach to enhance efficiency is to develop urban public transportation as a priority. Based on the condition to develop urban public transportation primarily, we analyze the measures to implement public transport priority and relative problems, and make some specific discussion on relevant issues.
