Status and Analysis of Water-saving Irrigation in China

Abstract
The main characteristics of various irrigation methods in China,such as traditional flood irrigation,sprinkler irrigation,micro-irrigation,were analyzed. Combined with the actual situation in various regions of China,the aim was to find a way suitable for irrigation of various regions,so that a certain kind of irrigation method can be coordinated with the local environment,and thus take advantage of the characteristics of some irrigation methods as well as to achieve better production efficiency and water-saving irrigation purposes.
