The observation of the clinical effectiveness of Thumper modal 1007 cardiopulmonary resuscitatior

Objective To evaluate the effect of Thumper model 1007 cardiopulmonary resuscitator on cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and provide objective evidences for its clinical use in cardiac respiratory arrest.Methods 56 patients of therapy group were treated by Thumper 1 007 model cardiopulmonary resuscitator and 53 patients of control group were treated by standard cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Results cardiopulmonary resuscitation assisted with cardiopulmonary resuscitator can significantly increase the achievement ratio of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)(P0.05 vs control group)、decrease complication(P0.05 vs comparison group),and stabilize the patient's vital sign,but cardiopulmonary resuscitation assisted with cardiopulmonary resuscitator cannot improve the patient's prognosis(P0.05 vs control group).Conclusion Thumper model 1 007 cardiopulmonary resuscitator plays an important role in cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and it is worthy of being adopted clinically.
