Abstract
The study explored the effect of various types of salt stress on the seed germination of M.sativa in different temperature conditions.The results showed that the salt stress reduced the germination rate significantly at 35 ℃,and the germination rate at 15 ℃ was not different significantly from that at 25 ℃.With the increasing of salinity,the germination rate decreased gradually.In general,Na2CO3 stress has the most significant effect,followed by mixed salt stress and NaCl stress.After the salt stress removed,the germination rate for NaCl stress would recover to certain extent.However,the effects of mixed salt stress and Na2CO3 stress were almost deadly.
