Abstract
Urban sculpture construction is a blend of mind and skill activities to which urban sculpture architects apply colorful sculptural expressions,artistic techniques and their life experience and aspiration.This paper dealt with the rules in urban sculpture construction in twelve points of theme,position,design,drawing,language,image,symbol,measurement,material,effect,harmony,and novelty respectively.
