Abstract

By analysing and evaluating on heavy metal contents of Pb,Cu,Cr,Cd,As and Hg in edible parts of 100 vegetable samples from 4 species in the main vegetable bases in Guiyang. It has been indicated that contents of Pb,Cd,Hg in lettuce are above the standards, while no indications show the heavy metal contents in others are heigher than the standards. The correlation degree of the different vegetable kinds is large.
