Analysis and Evaluation on Heavy metal Contents of Commercial Vegetables in Guiyang

The commercial vegetables from four vegetable markets in Guiyang were determined to investigate the pollution situation of heavy metals in the commercial vegetables by the standard determination method.The results show that the average value of main heavy metals(As,Hg,Pb,Cd,Cr and Cu) in the vegetables is lower than the relation standard and the heavy metal content of some vegetable varieties is slightly higher than the standard only,which indicates that the commercial vegetable on Guiyang markets is safety from the angle of heavy metal pollution.
