Drainage combined with oral medication treatment of high anal fistula horseshoe-type efficacy

Objective To observe the drainage combined with oral medication treatment of high anal fistula horseshoe-type effect.Methods High anal fistula horseshoe-type of 80 patients were divided into two groups according to order of admission levels,treatment group and control group of 40 patients,two groups had adopted the first drainage treatment,patients in this treatment group based on the use of oral medicine treatment.Results After treatment,total effective rate was 97.5% in the control group,the total effective rate was 80.0%,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P 0.05).Treatment group time granulation tissue began to grow,both inside and outside the wound healing time was significantly shorter than the control group,there was significant differences(P 0.05).After observation,the treatment group and control group in postoperative pus,pain,itching,there was no significant difference(P 0.05).Results The drainage combined with oral medication treatment of high anal fistula horseshoe type can improve curative effect and shorten the healing time of anal fistula,and it is safety,should be widely applied.
