Problems and Corresponding Countermeasures in the Construction of New Countryside

Building new socialist countryside is the Party's major strategy to deal with the Three Issues of Farm,Farming and Farmers.However,in practicing such strategy,there are still some problems,i.e.lack of effectiveness in the construction of new countryside;farmer's subjective roles not fully played;lack of inner drive in the construction of new countryside;livelihood issues not being duly emphasized;lack of long-term mechanisms to promote the development of countryside.To accelerate the construction of new countryside,we shall enhance press publicity to get the common understanding on new countryside construction;respect the subjective position of farmers;persist in cooperation of different parties;and actively promote the comprehensive development of the economic society in the countryside.
