Unbalance and Reconstruction:Organization Problems in the Construction of New Countryside

The dilemma of countryside is the dominate of the principle of the decreasing productivity of land,the exhausting production mode of petty farmer,lack of the participation of organizations and the difficulty to transform it into socialization and group production which emphasizes value.The put forward of the construction of new countryside is no doubt provides a new strategic assumption for the development of countryside.In order to solve the problems in the development and the transformation of countryside by using the assumption,we have to do necessary study on the organization problems in the countryside.Only by organizing the farmers together,can we construct new countryside under socialism,and only by making the farmers working together,can they find their own way of development.
