Abstract

Objective To compare the clinical effect of three methods of anesthesia in high risk elderly pregnancy in cesarean. Methods In our hospital 240 cases of cesarean section in high-risk older mothers, divided into A group,B group and C group, three kinds of anesthesia were given intravenous anesthesia and epidural anesthesia and combined spinal epidural anesthesia. Comparison of three groups of anesthesia onset time, MAP, Bromage score and Apgar score. Results From the effect of anesthesia, the onset time of group A was the shortest, followed by the C group, B group, the significant difference(P0.05); group C Bromage score, followed by the B group, A group, the significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion For high-risk maternal age, combined spinal epidural anesthesia is better than the conventional anesthesia, can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, good analgesic effect, complete block, suitable for the promotion of.
