Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical effects of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia and continuous epidural anesthesia in the use of the second cesarean section, which made guidance for clinical application. Methods Selected 93 cases puerpera admitted to our hospital from April 2010 to April 2013 were divided into control group(given continuous epidural anesthesia) and observation group(given combined spinal-epidural anesthesia),the anesthetic effect of two groups were compared. Results(1)In addition to Apgar score, the various indicators of observation group were better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05);(2)The anesthesia satisfaction of observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of control group( 71.35%),the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05);(3)The incidence of adverse reactions of two groupes(12.24%;11.36%) had no statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia has a significant effect in the use of the second cesarean section, which is worthy of clinical widely.
