Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of uterine dysplasia. Methods Seventy-four patients with suspected uterine anomalies by two dimensional ultrasound(2DUS) were scanned with real-time three-dimenional ultrasound. The type of uterine anomalies was observed. The sonographic features of different types of uterine anomalies were illustrated. Results There were 34 double uterus,29 uterus septus,9 bicornuate uterus,2 rudimentary horn of uterus found among the patients. Conclusion Real-time three-dimensional imaging has obvious advantage in diagnosing and typing of uterine dysplasia.
