The study of nurse grading management in improving nursing service quality of hospital

Abstract

Objective To explore the role of implementing nurse grading management in improving nursing service quality of hospital.Methods The nursing quality and degree of satisfaction were studied and compared before and after practicng nurse grading management in our hospitalnurse.Results After implementing the hierarchical management model of nurse,the basic nursing quality,health education,nursing records,nursing operation and ward management quality evaluation have been greatly improved(P 0.05).Degree of satisfaction about nurse on work and the patients' satisfaction increase significantly(P 0.05).Conclusion Nursing grading management can fully mobilize the initiative of nurses,improve the quality of clinical nursing,which is worthy of popularization.
