Abstract

In the light of the present situation that the enterprise pays little attention to the human resource planning and reserved cadres management and other systems combined with enterprise's developing strategy, this paper probes into the construction of the system of the current enterprise's human resource management from aspects of the system guidance, path selection, system attention and system dimension.
