Abstract
This paper takes the enterprise human resource performance management system as the research object,makes detailed analysis and elaboration on the construction of performance management system of human resources construction from the enterprise human resources performance management system construction and human resources performance assessment system construction enterprise,and demonstrates the important status and key significance of the human resource performance management system construction in enhancing the enterprise human capital competitive advantage and seeking enterprises survival and development process.
