Abstract
Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are non-hematopoietic multipotent stem cells possessing multidifferentiation potential, have deemed as the most promising stem cells for the treatment of a variety of diseases, and have demonstrated significant potential for clinical use,but their low rate of homing to target tissues and organs limit the therapeutic efficacy and the distribution and diferentiation of MSCs after homing directly influence their application when they are used in stem cell therapy. Thus, further research of MSC homing mechanisms and homing factor may lead to the development of therapies with the potential to promote clinical applications of MSCs.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
