Abstract
Emancipating the mind,seeking truth from facts are the essence of theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics from 30 years of reform and opening up has demonstrated the features of being open,pragmatic,contemporary,scientific,innovative reflected from correspondence of the theory to scientific development concept.Correctly understanding and grasping the essence and characteristics of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics would be of great theoretical and practical significance for promoting scientific development of society in an all-round way.
