The CPC has summarized the practical experiences in various historical periods,combining wilh the new situations and new problems in the new era,creatively put forward the theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which highlights the essence of emancipating the minds and seeking truth from facts and the open,pragmatic,epochal,scientific and innovative features,and which provides a theoretical power and value guidance for the new development of reform and opening up.
