Abstract

Objective To construct the animal model of transgenic mice expressing GFP and freeze the embryos of transgenic mouse for storage. Methods pEGFP fragments were linearized and purified, then microinjected into fertilized mouse eggs. These eggs were transplanted into the pseudopregant mice. Result Transgenic BDF1 mice were obtained by microinjection. PCR and southern blot resμLts showed 5 of 306 mice were integrated. 240 transgenic mice embryos were frozen. Conclusion GFP transgenic mice were successfμLly established by pronuclear microinjection. The transgenic mouse lines of GFP were stored by embryo cryopreservation.
