Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of edaravone joint batroxobin treating acute progressive cerebral infarction. Methods 60 acute progressive cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 each. The combination group were treated with edaravone joint batroxobin through intravenous infusion;the batroxobin group were treated with only batroxobin. Results After 14 days of treatment, the differences in blood fibrinogen levels, neurological deficit scores between the two groups were statistically significant(P0.05).The therapeutic effect of the combination group was better than the batroxobin group with statistical significance(P0.01).Conclusion Edaravone joint batroxobin treating acute progressive cerebral infarction has significant effect without obvious adverse reaction.
