Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical character and laser treatment of retinal tears with vitreous hemo-(rrhage) without retinal detachment.MethodsTwenty patients, suffering from retinal tears with vitreous hemorrhage without retinal detachment were analyzed after laser treatment. After examining the patients with vitreous hemorrhage carefully, we performed the 532 times of frequency-doubled laser photocoagulation if they had retinal tears. Results(Breeding in) the 20 patients was cured after sealing the retinal tears, and visual acuity was raised. Conclusion(Fully mastering) the character of retinal tears with vitreous hemorrhage and without retinal detachment is helpful to find it early. Laser treatment in time is the key point for prognosis.
