Abstract
The Zhixie gel containing different penetration enhancers were prepared and the in vitro transdermal behaviors were investigated with Franz diffusion cell. The concentration of piperine, the index component of the product, was determined by HPLC.The results showed that when the enhancer was used alone at the concentration of 4%,the cumulative permeation amount at 24 h of the product with 4% N-methylpyrrolidone(NMP) was highest, and the promoting effect of Azone and 1,2-propanediol was similar. The effect of combination of enhancers on transdermal of piperine was stronger.Among the combination programs, the combination of 4% Azone,4% propanediol and 8% NMP had a better effect.
