Abstract
Objective:To establish the method for determining the content of protopine in Rhizoma corydalis Decumbentis by RP-HPLC.Methods:Using Shim Pack CLC-ODS column, acetonitrile methanol 0.2% phosphoric acid solution(150∶100∶750), then regulate pH to 3.0 with triethylamine as the mobile phase and detection wavelength at 282 nm.Results:The calibration curve was linear at a range of 0.606~3.030 μg for the protopine and the linear equation was Y =39 963.4 X +261.2, r =0.999 96. The average recovery was 99.56% and the related standard deviation ( RSD ) was 0.92%.Conclusion:This method can be used to determine the content of protopine in Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis .
