Abstract

Tang law was the Chinese legal system representative,Tang Law not only has had the huge influence after completing to hereafter China's legal system,also gave Japan very profound influence.Did this article attempt from the Tang law form,the content,actually the basic spirit and so on several aspects to embark separately analyzes it to have how influence to the ancient times Japan law.
