Abstract

As a new social vulnerable group,Land-expropriated farmers are falling into dire straits,for example,their economic right,the political rights and other social rights are facing to the threat of being violated.The crucial reasons are the flaw and imperfection in land property system,land expropriation mechanism and social security system.Therefore,it is necessary to reform the land property system,perfect the land expropriation legal system and establish the perfect rural social security system.
