Abstract

Objective To explore the expression and significance of ER,PR,Her-2 and p53 in ovarian epithelial carcinoma. Methods The expression of ER,PR,Her-2,p53 in ovarian epithelial carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry method, and analyzing ER,PR,Her-2,P53's relation with pathological mechanism microanatomy type, microanatomy classifies and clinical periodization. Results The positive expressions of ER,PR,Her-2,p53 in 43 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were 55.8%,60.5%,23.3% and 67.4%;The expressions of ER has no relation with pathological mechanism microanatomy type, microanatomy classifies and clinical periodization. The expressions of PR,Her-2,p53 had relation with clinical periodization. The expression level of PR in stageⅠ~Ⅱ was higher than of stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ(P0.05);The expression level of Her-2 and p53 in stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ was higher than of stageⅠ~Ⅱ(P0.05).Conclusion The expression of ER,PR,Her-2 and p53 can help estimate ovary cancer prognosis and make rational therapeutic schedule for patients.
