Abstract
As the great source of a group of tripenes and biologically active polysaccharides,Ganodema lucidum were used as an anti-tumor medicine and cure some types of cancer.So it enjoyed special veneration in Asia.However,because of the lack of wild one and the difficulty of the cultivation,deep-liquid fermentation was an alternative method.This method in processing Ganoderma Lucidum mycelia will be summarized in this paper.
